The 8 Dimensions of Leadership: An Interview with Jeffrey Sugerman

We were excited to see The 8 Dimensions of Leadership made it to No. 3 on Businessweek's list of New Business Books!

Today's Des Moines Register features an interview with President and CEO of Inscape Publishing, Jeffrey Sugerman, Ph.D. about his new book and the Free Executive Briefing we're hosting tomorrow morning.

"Personality has not always been part of the leadership dialogue," Sugerman says. "Without understanding what makes you tick, you are likely to fall into a same pattern with the same old problems and blind spots as a leader."

Once individuals target their predominant leadership styles, the book "takes each reader on a deeper dive into what makes them tick," Sugerman says. "Then, we take them through a needs assessment."

New Survey Zeroes in on the Types of Training Courses That Would Increase Workplace Effectiveness

A survey of 5,945 recent training participants revealed that the need for interpersonal skill development in the workplace hasn't been fully met.

Everything DiSC Comparison Reports

We're very excited about the NEW Everything DiSC Comparison Reports that Inscape Publishing created for the Everything DiSC Profiles (Everything DiSC Workplace, Everything DiSC Sales, Everything DiSC Management).

The Everything DiSC Comparison Reports may be used for two individuals who have completed any of the DiSC Profiles in the Everything DiSC Application Library. If, for example, a manager completes the Everything DiSC Management Profile, they may compare their report to an employee who completed an Everything DiSC Workplace Profile.

In the example above, the manager would receive one version of the Comparison Report from their own profile's perspective and their employee would receive a second Comparison Report from their profile's perspective.

What else do we love about the Comparison Reports? Anyone with an EPIC Account may run an unlimited number of Comparison Reports for free!
