The next-generation Leadership Challenge LPI is currently in beta. We'd like to invite our EPIC users to play around with the profile and let us know what you think. As a pre-release product, the Leadership Challenge assessment available at no cost; we simply want your feedback.

DiSC Happenings at Resources Unlimited

We have had another busy week and even month at Resources Unlimited and we couldn’t be more excited!  As an overview of our February, here are just a few happenings. 

We love when our clients share success stories of DiSC whether they are new to the DiSC world or are veteran users.  This week we had another group of great trainers become DiSC Certified in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Also this week, we had our webinar for trainers that we discussed training exercises that you can use within your organization to help DiSC stick using a variety of techniques.  Do you have a activity that is your go to for training sessions, we would love to hear about it!  We like to post activities is our blog for our followers to use! 

We recently completed an in-house session for a new client on the Everything DiSC Workplace Profile helping their human resources department better understand and use DiSC so they can filter it out into their workplace with a variety of groups within their organization!

As we posted in an earlier blog, we are now offering an online video training library with hours of vignettes that can be easily embedded into current training sessions for added value or use one of the full length sessions for your group.  Each video comes with the training material for you and your participants.  For a free 30-day preview, please visit our Training Resources Library and click “create an account now.”

Innovative Teams helps teams innovate by increasing individual self-awareness, identifying and understanding team members’ contributions, and cultivating an environment that fosters innovation.

Beta testers will receive:

• a customized, detailed report of their personal approach to innovation
• an analysis of the overall team's strengths and weaknesses as innovators
• highly specific guidance on making the organization more innovative

Everything DiSC Workplace Profile in Spanish

The Everything DiSC Workplace Profile is a great tool for anyone within an organization regardless of their role or title.  Everything DiSC Workplace will help you understand and appreciate the styles of the people you work with. The result is more effective and productive working relationships.

Everything DiSC Workplace Focuses On:

As a benefit to our clients, we are currently working to develop this widely used profile in the Spanish language.  Each participant will receive their own individual Everything DiSC Workplace profile in Spanish and a chance to provide valuable feedback to our development team.
