This new assessment builds on the DiSC methodology and emphasizes concrete ways to lead a group in three key areas: vision, alignment, and execution. As the name suggestions, Work of Leaders is geared specifically towards leadership - i.e., a one-to-many managerial relationship (as opposed to the one-to-one focus of the Everything DiSC Workplace profile).

DiSC is a powerful tool for improving communication within teams. Here's an interactive exercise to try in your next DiSC training session.

Ask participants to meet in their primary style groups and have them design a T-shirt that represents their DiSC style. Have the groups explain their T-shirts and provide 3 dos and 3 don’ts on how to best communicate with their behavioral style.
