Adaptive Testing for Everything DiSC

Starting this month, Everything DiSC is getting a lot more sophisticated. The new scoring algorithm will use adaptive testing, a more advanced technology that adapts each question to the respondent's previous answers. Adaptive testing is used in a variety of standardized tests, such as the GRE for graduate school admissions, and now it has come to DiSC.

What does this mean? For Everything DiSC users, the new methodology will give participants the most precise DiSC results possible, along with better feedback and reporting.

Please note that DiSC Classic 2.0 is not being updated with adaptive testing. If you're still using DiSC Classic, this is a great reason to upgrade to Everything DiSC.

As the name suggestions, Work of Leaders is geared specifically towards leadership - i.e., a one-to-many managerial relationship (as opposed to the one-to-one focus of the Everything DiSC Workplace profile).
